How do you differ from other copywriters or a digital marketing firm/agency?
Every copywriter and agency has different specialties and experiences. Write Works Unlimited has the experience and the proven track record of success. Not only do we focus on original, quality copy-driven content, we also focus on intent. We know how people search and shop. We have what it takes to get you where you need to be at the right time when customers are ready to make a purchase. Moreover, agencies have costly overhead that directly increases their cost. We tend to have small-to-medium sized businesses and can work with any budget.
What types of payments do you accept and how do I remit payment?
We require a 50% deposit up front for most copywriting projects. The balance is due upon project completion.
We do not accept cash, checks of any kind or money orders. We only accept electronic payments through PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still pay through PayPal using a Visa or MasterCard credit card. We can send you a link that makes the process super easy. There are no fees for using the PayPal service.
What is your hourly rate for writing copy and will I receive a quote initially?
While we factor in the number of hours we’ll need to complete your writing project, we don’t charge for copywriting services by the hour. We quote each writing project individually because every project is different. We try to assess the complexity of a project and the level of expertise required. Our rates are competitive.
After we’ve discussed the parameters of your copywriting project, we’ll put together an agreement that summarizes the details including the price. The agreement is a good way for us both to ensure that we have the same expectations.
Are you available to meet clients face-to-face? How will we discuss business?
Absolutely. While Write Works Unlimited does not have a store front, we are able to travel to clients in our local geographic area either at their location or at a local coffee shop. We are based in Atlanta, GA and often travel to several clients in our secondary base, Columbia, SC. We are also willing to travel outside of the Southeast area, if needed, just contact us to discuss.
No worries if we can’t meet in person. We work by phone, email, Skype or Google Hangout. The process moves along smoothly, as if we were both in the same city.

Let’s start a dialog. Either us about your project and we’ll e-mail you back or give you a call. Together we’ll figure out the best approach. You don’t need to commit to work with us until we’ve put together a proposal with prices and a timeline.
Our clients are usually impressed with how efficiently things get done. The turnaround will depend on the size and complexity of your work. Once we clarify the parameters of your project, we’ll give you a firm completion date. If you have a deadline to meet, please let us know up front, and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate you.
Usually we come pretty close to hitting the nail on the head, but if that’s not the case, it’s a problem easily solved. In fact, that’s really the purpose of writing a first draft. It helps us to clarify exactly what you do want. That first draft then becomes a starting point for us to get your feedback and write a second draft that’s more on target.
